In the January 2016 issue of Cary Magazine, SearStone was named the recipient of the Maggy Award for Best Active Adult Community. The Maggy Awards are selected annually by readers of the leading lifestyle publication in Western Wake County.
This distinction is especially noteworthy, as SearStone is “the new kid on the block” and welcomed its first residents in November of 2013. A runner-up in the category last year, SearStone took the top spot in this year’s Maggy Awards competition.
Page 35 of the issue features a full-page photo of SearStone residents simulating a red-carpet arrival, keeping in line with this year’s Maggy Awards theme of paparazzi snapping pictures of the winners in action.
