Residents in the new Greenway Villas, will enjoy all of Well•Spring’s services and amenities and also have a choice of two bedrooms / two baths or three bedrooms / two baths, ranging from 2,020 to 2,270 square feet, all with two-car garages.
In addition to the new villas, there are several floor plans to choose from, including Well•Spring’s apartments, garden homes, and villas. The square footage ranges from 675 to 2,000-plus, with entrance fees beginning at $78,340.
In order to move to a retirement community, a prospective resident pays an entrance fee, which represents different types of investment in different communities. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Well•Spring offers LifeCare and Modified LifeCare contracts, meaning that once you have chosen Well•Spring as your home, in the event your health needs change, you can remain there with no dramatic cost increase.
The Modified LifeCare, which has reduced fees, is tailored for individuals who have long-term care insurance or prefer to protect their future with other assets. With Modified LifeCare, if a move to healthcare becomes necessary, the resident pays the per diem fee, less a discount determined by Well•Spring at the time of service.
