Baseball - Retro PostcardAfter a long drought without baseball in 2020, fans are eager to get back in the stands to watch the all-American sport while eating a hotdog washed down with a cold beer. It’s easy to find a game since North Carolina has minor league baseball teams located throughout the Triad and Triangle for sports hungry crowds.

Here are three favorite ballparks to visit:

Winston-Salem Dash

Winston-Salem Dash is a High-A team in the High-A East, and farm team of the Chicago White Sox since 1997. Bring the office to the Truist stadium for team building or the family for a night of fun. On Friday nights fireworks light up the skyline. Kids park onsite.

The Durham Bulls

The Durham Bulls played to a sell-out crowd on hand for its first game at Durham Bulls Athletic Park since September 2019. The Durham Bulls are a Minor League Baseball team of the Triple-A East and the Triple-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. Even if you don’t like baseball, you have to love the movie that made the team famous in the cult classic 1988 movie, “Bull Durham.” On select nights, movies are played at the park.
