It’s time again for the Fall Parade of Homes … showcasing 26 newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area … Saturday & Sunday, October 9-10 & 16-17. There will be a mixture of traditional open houses … as well as some homes are Virtual Tour Only…due to being sold and/or under construction. Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm…admission is free. We ask that all attendees follow CDC guidelines at the time regarding social distancing and face coverings when touring the homes.
Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available for all Parade homes on the GBA website along with access to a digital copy of the Parade of Homes magazine. Printed copies of the magazine are available at area grocery stores, outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores, as well as all Parade open houses and sponsor locations.
For more than 60 years, the annual Parade of Homes provides an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction including new designs, products and services. Many of these are custom-built homes so take advantage of the Parade to tour them in person as well as virtually.
