The Optimal Living Program is a health and wellness strategy that is personalized to help residents stay fit and healthy. Patrick Schrader, the Wellness Director at Cambridge Village of Apex, shares more about the program. We also partner with our onsite providers from primary care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and our onsite home care. We can really customize a plan based on our residents’ individual needs if it extends beyond traditional fitness and nutrition advice.”
