Healthy Together NC, a Prevention Partners initiative in collaboration with NC Department of Commerce, Center for Healthy NC, and N.C. Hospital Association, is recruiting leaders across the state to help bring healthy change to all 100 NC counties by 2025.
The sponsors are inviting a unique mix — leaders of corporations, chambers of commerce, counties and municipalities, economic development agencies, hospitals, medical care clinics, foundations, universities, community colleges, manufacturing, public health, schools, health plans, brokers, nonprofits, professional associations, and others to participate in helping to make a healthy thriving North Carolina.
