Independent Housing Options: Residents enjoy well-appointed accommodations in the home style of their choosing including:
Villas:
The villas offer six unique and well-designed floorplans in both duplex and single-family home styling with sizes ranging from 1,500-2,500 sq ft. While leasing options are available many choose to own the villas. Bordering the famed Bermuda Run Country Club golf course means many villas have incredible views. Depending on plan, these villas offer two bedrooms with a study, a separate dining room and even sunrooms. And all plans feature a garage. Villa owners have access to amenities that include housekeeping, a laundry service, window washing, gutter cleaning and a full-time maintenance staff. All lawn maintenance is included. For peace of mind a monitored emergency call system is in place and the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. You’ll feel like you are on vacation every day.
Condos:
A variety of popular floorplans are available in 1 or 2 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms with study configurations ranging in size from 850 sq ft to 1,450 sq ft. Prices start well under $100,000 and leasing options are available as well. Some of these homes offer golf course views, others offer clubhouse or pond view or even views of the Japanese Gardens.

Life at Bermuda Village means you have the ultimate opportunity to age in place. Residents are able to do as much or as little as they like each day with a wide array of activities always at their disposal. As a Life Plan community, there are higher levels of service available on campus should future needs arise for Assisted Living or Rehab and Nursing Care. An abundance of social and lifestyle activities change daily so residents always have opportunities to connect with other residents. A wellness program is provided with a personal trainer on staff and regular exercise classes. An on-site medical clinic is run by Wake Forest Baptist and Bermuda Village operates a prescription pickup service as well. Residents enjoy the peace of mind of having 24-hour front desk staff on duty as well as services such as the two scheduled shopping trips that happen each week. Location within the gates of Bermuda Run with Bermuda Run Country Club just outside their door means a resort lifestyle experience is guaranteed.
